The vision of Chaleur Interiors embodies the creation of warm & inviting interiors for any space.  Every style can be designed to perpetuate the feeling of comfort from the minimalist to the collector.  Whether looking for your living space, staging a house to sell, or apartment to rent Chaleur will offer the essential aesthetics guidance.

 

Nicole Walters created Chaleur Interiors after a 12 year career in Property Management.  Nicole’s unique expertise is technical marketing skills, powerful product knowledge, aesthetics planning, meticulous attention to details, & strong understanding of customer & market dynamics. Aside from her past marketing role she has designed & installed apartment models for two successful property management companies.  Nicole has taken the opportunity to combine her two passions by building a service that utilizes the importance of aesthetics to sell strong or to simply to wake up every day in a place that you love! 

 

Chaleur Interiors provides interior decorating, space planning, & stage to sell services. 

 

Nicole's qualifications include:

Interiors Merchandising Degree from East Carolina University

Certified Interior Decorator

Affiliate member of Central Virginia Apartment Association & National Apartment Association

Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Virginia

Fully licensed under the Commonwealth of Virginia as a LLC.
