This service gives your home the competitive edge and leaves a lasting impression on potential buyers.  There are two options either a consultation session or consultation session with staging.   A consultation session identifies areas and items that can be adjusted to neutralize, de-clutter and accent the homes desirable features.  A full report will be presented.

The addition of staging allows Chaleur to make your home shine!  We will use your furnishings to make the most of the space and with a small budget we can purchase items to further enhance your home.
